NEWS 2022 TYPOLOGY REFURBISHMENT

The Baia del Monaco Tourist Village has 44 standard three-room apartments for 4 people (26 m2), about 300 meters from the sea.

From 2022 the latter will undergo a pleasant modernization with the replacement of mattresses and sommier, creation of a bedroom with a double bed, replacement of the mini fridge with fridge with freezer compartment, replacement of sanitary ware.

All on the ground floor, the three-room apartments are built in masonry and consist of a living room with kitchenette and fridge with cell freezer, double bedroom, bedroom with double bed (closed door), air conditioning and TV, bathroom with shower, outdoor patio with wooden gazebo, table, chairs and hanging chair.

On request when booking it is possible to have towels. Extra bed and cot not available.

The Standard three-room bungalow apartments ensure that you fully enjoy the virgin nature of the place and are framed by a well-kept lawn.

Apartment equipment: kitchen crockery, moka pot, broom, spade, dishcloth, mop, bucket, basin and drying rack;

Paid by the customer: bathroom linen (available on site for € 10.00 per person per change and includes 1 shower towel + 1 face towel + 1 bidet towel), kitchen towels, hair dryer, detergents and cleansers, toilet paper and anything not specified;

With the obligatory lump sum consumption you have the use of air conditioning, TV, consumption of electricity, water, gas, crockery kitchen towels, weekly change (Monday) bed linen

With the club card, compulsory from the age of 6, you can use the beach service with 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds, 2 swimming pools with whirlpool area for adults, sports equipment for daytime use (night use and nautical equipment for a fee), daytime and evening entertainment, mini club 6/12 years, 1 unattended parking space per apartment
